- Book waitlist: the details you enter in the sign-up form on the Books page, which is provided by MailerLite.

Like most websites, the site and the services it uses collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website and approximate location. Some of this is collected using cookies or similar technologies (see below).
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send proposals and deliver any work we agree.
- To send the newsletter or book updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam.
I rely on your consent (newsletter and waitlist sign-ups), on taking steps at your request before entering a contract (enquiries), and on my legitimate interest in running and improving the site (analytics and security). I don’t sell your personal information.
Services that process data for me
- Hosting and delivery: Hostinger hosts the site, and Cloudflare and LiteSpeed help deliver and protect it. They process technical data such as IP addresses.
- Analytics: Google Site Kit connects the site to Google services such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and Metricool provides site statistics. They may set cookies.
- Email marketing: MailerLite stores waitlist sign-ups and sends related emails.
- Voice support agent: the “Start a call” widget is provided by ElevenLabs. If you use it, your voice and conversation are processed by ElevenLabs.
- Fonts: Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
These providers may process data outside your country. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles your information.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for security, caching, analytics and the services listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some features may not.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond and to meet any legal, tax or accounting obligations. Newsletter and waitlist subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how it’s used, to withdraw consent and to receive a copy of your data.
